Suzette Toole has been a resident of Lake Havasu City since 1999, coming from Southern California. She was born and raised in Torrence. Her first job out of high school was as a Dental Assistant.
Suzette comes to AJS with a varied background of work experience. She has worked as Charge Back Processor for Target in their shipping and receiving area for over 10 years. She also worked for over 20 years as a front office medical secretary for several Doctors in California and Lake Havasu City.
For the last several years at AJS, Suzette has performed the position of Commercial Account Manager, teaming up with one of our busiest Producers in the Bullhead City Area. Her attention to detail and ability to handle client's needs have proven to be a huge asset in keeping her clients happy. Service comes naturally to Suzette and she really excels at it.
Suzette brings to AJS a vast array of knowledge and abilities that she has gained over the years working with the public. Suzette has changed position recently and is now working as Claims Coordinator. Her compassion and empathy for clients will serve well to make them feel well-cared-for in a claim situation.
Ms Toole has completed the rigorous training course that allowed her to pass the AZ Agent Licensing test and holds the Property and Casualty Agent License.
