Ms. Ortiz began her insurance career in June 1991 in Southern California as a Claims Clerk. Lisa was promoted thru the ranks from Claims Clerk to Processing until she became a Claims Adjuster in 1994. Lisa relocated to Kingman AZ in September of 2003 when she joined AJS Insurance, now NFP P&C as a Personal Insurance Sales/Customer Service Agent in September 2003.
Lisa has obtained the designation of Certified Insurance Service Representatives (CISR).
Lisa is an Arizona resident licensed Agent for Property and Casualty
