Ms. Ortiz began her insurance carrier in June 1991 in Fountain Valley, California where she began as a Claims Clerk. Lisa moved through the ranks form Claims Clerk to Processing and became a Claims Adjuster in 1994. She continued working in the area of claims until she joined AJS Insurance Services, Inc. as a Personal Insurance Sales/Customer Service Agent in September 2003.
Lisa has attended many insurance courses during her insurance career and is continuing her education by obtaining the designation of Certified Insurance Service Representatives (CISR). This will require her to successfully complete rigorous training and tests covering both personal and commercial insurance technical coverage.
