Julie is a long-time Lake Havasu City resident and graduated from our local high school. She has held positions with several businesses in sales, management, customer service, accounting and data input.
Mrs. Marshall began her insurance career in 1990 with AJS Insurance Services, Inc. and has filled positions of receptionist, processor, and Commercial Account Manager for the President of the Agency. She is the Commercial Account Manager Supervisor.
Julie has successfully completed the Agency's multi-faceted in house training program. She has proven to be a very quick learner and is able to handle all Account Manager functions with the high degree of accuracy, reliability and professionalism demanded by the position. She continues to participate in ongoing insurance training and has attained the designation of Certified Insurance Service Representatives (CISR).
Mrs. Marshall serves her customers by providing the varied day to day service demands of issuing certificates, policy changes, billings, auto ID cards and handling problems as they arise.
Julie is an Arizona resident licensed agent for Property and Casualty.
