Niki's first employment was as a maid in a bed and breakfast in Hawaii. She was able to experience a high level of Customer Service requirements in this position. She also worked at Bubba Gump Restaurant as a hostess while living in Maui.

She has had several positions in retail and in the restaurant industry which also built her skills in the customer service field.

Niki's recent work experience was with a local Mortgage Company as a Loan Officer. Her primary duties were to process loans for homeowners and to make sure all the paperwork was processed correctly and also to build up a client base in order to market successfully to the various financial institutions.

Before coming to AJS, Niki spent some time as a customer service representative for another local insurance agency and became intrigued by the insurance industry and took it upon herself to become licensed.

Niki now performs all the duties that are required in order to sell, service and monitor the small business at AJS.

Niki has lived in Lake Havasu City for 7 years and has a young daughter.

Shei is a properly licensed Arizona Property and Casualty agent.
