Tera began her insurance carrier with Allstate Insurance Company in 1997. After working with Allstate she moved into an Independent Agency. Tera has worked in both Sales and Customer Service.
Relocating to Lake Havasu City in 2006 Tera began working with AJS Insurance Services, Inc., as Sales/Customer Services Representative in the Personal Lines Department. With nine years of experience behind her with both company and agency AJS was privileged to have her as part of the staff.
In 2007 Tera recognized a staff opening in the Underwriting Department at AJS. She applied for that position and was accepted. The Underwriting Department accomplishes all of the marketing, quoting, rating and placement of the Commercial Division accounts. This was a new area for Tera to enter into since she had worked primarily in the Personal Lines Division for over 9 years. She has been very successful in the role of Underwriter.
Most recently, Tera has taken the position of Commercial Account Manager and will work with one of the largest books of business in the agency. Her primary function is to provide excellent customer service to her clients in the day to day activity created by phone calls, visits and printed requests.
Tera is originally from Orange County California. She is a properly licensed Arizona agent and was licensed in California since 1997.
