Ron Cadaret comes to AJS Insurance Services, Inc., with extensive knowledge and experience in the insurance industry. He started his insurance career in 1990 with Cotter and Associates Agency in Phoenix, Arizona, as sales agent and customer service representative. Other duties while with Cotter and Associates included Assistant Benefit Director of the Arizona Small Business Association.
Ron continued his experience as Commercial and Personal Lines Account Risk Management with Farm Bureau Insurance Company in Phoenix from 1991 to 1994. He was responsible for the training of new and seasoned multi-line agents.
In 1994 Mr. Cadaret became the Vice President in charge of Commercial Account Risk Management and Production at James & Company in Phoenix. Milne Scali & Company purchased James & Company in 1996 at which time Mr. Cadaret took on the responsibility of Branch Manager of Northern Arizona Operations and Acquisitions and became a full partner in that operation. In that position, he also was their Commercial Property/Casualty Specialist.
AJS is very fortunate to have Ron as the leader of the Commercial Team, which incorporates the Sales Department, Underwriting and Account Manager Teams. His responsibilities also include marketing and sales technique applications and training of agency personnel.
Some of the extra curricular activities that Ron has been involved in over the past few years have been participation on the Fiesta Bowl Parade Committee, Boy Scouts of America with active participation as Venture crew advisor and past association as Scout Master and Scout Leader for various clubs in the Phoenix area. Ron also served as Benefit Director for the Association of North American Business, Chairperson of Phoenix Association of Life Underwriters and moderator/instructor for Life Underwriters Training Council.
Ron is fully licensed in the State of Arizona and California for Property/Casualty, and Life and Health.
