Rating exposure: based on payroll and subcost converted to a composite gross receipts rate
Applicants must have at least 3 years experience. A resume will be required for all accounts in business for two full years or less
Must have current valued company loss runs for past five (5) years if applicable or a NO LOSS LETTER properly completed
